WHO WE ARE
Al Dente is a food truck based out of Rochester, NY. We serve casual Italian food. Staying true to the convenience of the fast-paced food truck cuisine without jeopardizing the quality of the product.
With an ever changing menu that is updated seasonally, you can try something new with every visit. All pasta is made fresh on the truck right before your very eyes. Unlike other food trucks, each dish is prepared to order.

Al Dente is the first and only fresh pasta truck in upstate New York. Serving casual Italian fare that is especially good for weddings and upscale events; we serve high-quality food, always fresh pasta, and house-made sauces. We use only the freshest locally sourced ingredients and cheeses.
Sample Menu
Fried Ravioli- Served over marinara
Chicken Parmesan - Breaded chicken cutlet, topped with red sauce and mozzarella cheese. Served over pasta
Chicken French- Battered chicken, spinach, and fresh pasta tossed in a white wine lemon butter.
Pesto & Beef- Fresh pasta, roasted red peppers, sauteed sirloin steak, tossed in a light basil pesto and topped with parmesan cheese.
Alfredo with Broccoli- Creamy alfredo, broccoli florets, pasta. (top with chicken $2 or steak $4)
Pasta Pomodoro- Fresh pasta topped with red sauce, mozzarella and parmesan cheese
Spaghetti Limone- Sundried tomato, Artichoke, and spinach with a white wine lemon butter and topped with parmesan cheese. (top with chicken or steak)
Garlic Buttered Shrimp Pasta- Garlicy shrimp, tossed in a creamy parmesan white wine sauce, fresh pasta, and topped with herbs.
Spaghetti and Meatballs- Fresh pasta, House made meatballs tossed in our marinara and topped with parmesan cheese
Seafood FraDiavolo- Shrimp, Scallops, Mussels, garlic, tomato, parsley, fresh pasta in a spicy red sauce.
